Good experience, just a small snag
I was really happy with my recent order from Sarenza. I needed some new sandales à talons for a wedding and found a great pair. Delivery was pretty quick, about 4 days, which is comparable to La Redoute. I did have a little trouble applying a promo code I got from their newsletter because it had a minimum spend I didnt quite meet at first, but I added some chaussons and it worked out, saving me 15%. Making a return was straightforward though, they just give you a prepaid label to print. My only small nitpick is the product photos could be a bit clearer sometimes.
